Junior Technician

**Job description: Junior Executive**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
**Quality Inspection & Service**:

- Quality Inspection on Fitness Equipment's
- Service QC Machines & Solve QC Issues
- Need to maintain Spare Inventory & In-charge of Packed products
- Check the quality of Spare products before shipment
**Installation**:

- Need to Know Assemble and Disassemble all the products
- If needed uninstall machines and to fulfil the spare need
- Need to install at customer place if required
**Technical Support**:

- Provide technical information about service to the customer care team
- Figure out the root cause of the problem and Provide the solution
- Chip level understanding
**Skillsets Required**:

- Basic understandings of Mechanical/ Electrical & Problem solving
attitude
- MS Office - Excel & Word
- Fluency in English & Tamil is mandatory, and additional languages are
an added advantage

ownership of the role provided to them.
