**Proxy Teacher / Substitute Teacher**

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow established lesson plans or create short, engaging lesson plans as needed.
- Deliver instruction in a clear and effective manner, adapting to the specific needs of the students.
- Ensure students understand the material being taught and provide assistance when needed.
- Communicate effectively with the regular teacher, principal, and other staff.
- Participate in school events and activities.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support the school's mission.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with students in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and classroom environments.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to student success.

**Skills**:
Classroom management techniques, Engaging teaching strategies, Ability to differentiate instruction, Effective communication skills, and Strong organizational skills.

**Additional Notes**:

- Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching lessons.
