**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Question Paper Development**: Create well-structured, balanced, and relevant question papers that adhere to the given curriculum, syllabus, and exam guidelines.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, relevance, and academic rigor.
- **Curriculum Alignment**: Ensure that all questions are aligned with the educational objectives and learning outcomes specified by the curriculum.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct research to create questions based on the latest syllabus, trends, and exam patterns.
- **Formatting and Structuring**: Prepare question papers with proper structure, instructions, and formatting, ensuring they meet institutional guidelines.
- **Compliance**: Ensure content is original, plagiarism-free, and adheres to relevant educational standards and regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience in educational content writing or question paper setting** for schools, universities, or competitive exams.
- Strong understanding of **pedagogical methods** and **learning outcomes.**:

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to create diverse question types tailored to different educational levels (primary, secondary, higher education).
- **Familiarity with exam patterns** like CBSE, ICSE, IB, competitive exams, etc. is preferred.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Proficient in using **MS Word**, **Google Docs**, or other relevant software.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Yearly bonus
