Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Design: Lead and participate in the conceptualization, design, and development of architectural projects, ensuring adherence to aesthetic, functional, and sustainability goals.

Project Management: Oversee and manage architectural projects from inception to completion, including project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Technical Expertise: Provide architectural expertise in areas such as building codes, regulations, construction methods, and materials selection.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, interior designers, and contractors, to integrate various aspects of a project and ensure seamless project execution.

Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and interns, fostering their professional growth and development.

Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and excellence in architectural design and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Research and Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices, and incorporate them into architectural projects where applicable.

Documentation: Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Professional licensure as an architect (Registered Architect).

Minimum of [5] years of architectural experience, with a proven track record in architectural design and project management.

Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Leadership and team management abilities.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with construction processes and building systems.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
