**Job Role**: Global Trainer

**Work Location**:Gurgaon/Pune

**Years of Experience required**: 7-10 years

The Global Trainer is responsible for supporting the designing, developing, implementing and updating the training and certification programs for the SirionLabs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop training curriculum that will be used in electronic, virtual and classroom training environments.
- Deliver training to new and existing partners using appropriate delivery methods.
- Create and maintain the training repository. Create a training review cadence to ensure alignment to the product releases.
- Create a training calendar and update the key stakeholders of the plan.
- Manage the onboarding, tracking and ongoing training activities of individual partners
- Create and manage certification programs for partners from registrations through certifications and renewals
- Generate a feedback process aligned to the training goals and share outcomes with stakeholders.
- Own the outcomes of the training program; continually measure program compliance, partner performance and business impact of each program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish methods for new and effective content creation.
- Establish relationships with partners and assist them from onboarding through training and development.
- Engage with global stakeholders and provide regular updates of the trainings delivered, partner requirements, issues, and risks.
- Continuously improve strategies, programs, systems and tools to enhance the partner training approach.
- Own the outcomes of your training program: continually measure program compliance, partner performance and business impact of each program.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 10 years working experience in a SaaS organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adjust hours to accommodate training globally
