**Job Description**:
Teach courses in area of expertise at all levels of UG & PG
Maintain an active program of research & publication, in accordance with university guidelines & Coordination with departmental, college, and university committees
Mentor students, by providing guidance on course & career options - Implement innovate career-enhancement programs and activities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop & deliver high-quality programs
Participate in professional development activities to keep abreast of latest developments in field
Foster a culture of excellence within the department & contribute to a positive working environment
Manage budgets & resources effectively, in line with university policies - Undertake administrative tasks, such as maintaining accurate records & preparing reports, engage in outreach activities to promote the department & university
Advise students, Supervise graduate research projects & guide Phd students.
Initiates research & case studies in field of interest & may publish findings in Scopus indexed journals and conferences.
