**We’re Hiring: Legal Associates | Location: Mohali | Immediate Joiners Only**

Join our dynamic legal team in Mohali We’re looking for **Legal Associates** who are passionate about law and ready to grow their careers in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

**Who Can Apply?**
- **Freshers**: Salary ₹25,000 - ₹30,000/month
- **Experienced** (6 months - 2 years): Salary ₹30,000 - ₹35,000/month

**Shift Timing**: Starts from 5:00 PM onwards

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Legal Research & Analysis**
- Conduct legal research on statutes, case laws, regulations, and precedents
- Analyze legal documents and provide clear, concise summaries

**Drafting & Documentation**
- Draft contracts, agreements, legal notices, pleadings, motions
- Develop legal templates and SOPs

**Contract Management**
- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, vendor, and employment agreements
- Ensure compliance with legal and client-specific standards

**Litigation Support**
- Summarize depositions, interrogatories, and witness statements
- Create detailed medical chronologies (for Personal Injury cases)

**Client Communication & Coordination**
- Interact with clients and external counsel to clarify deliverables
- Provide regular updates and reports on assigned tasks

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (including client interactions)
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Good time management and problem-solving skills

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor of Law (LLB)** or **Master of Law (LLM)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
