**Chief Medical Administrator** is responsible to control of all medical wings of hospital and their activities. Make rounds randomly check the case sheet for the line of treatment, investigations, cross consultations, were carried out or not. In case any investigation is pending, analyse the reasons for pending investigation. Monitor all complicated / serious patients in consultation with the treating consultant. Check and monitor proper documentation has been done with respect to medico legal cases. Monitor Operation Theatres booking for cases by the surgeons concerned and ensure that no clash takes place. Attend to medical complaints / grievances of the patients. Organize periodical orientation training programmes for Nursing staff about patient care, medication, documentation talking with patients and patient attenders, communication with other service departments like lab, radiology etc., Organize periodical orientation training programmes for DMOs to upgrade their knowledge in medical field and about patient care, medication, documentation talking with patients and patient attenders, communication with consultants and other service departments like lab, x-ray etc., Monitor and ensure that all statutory reports/returns are filed/submitted with the concerned departments with in the stipulated time. Monitor and ensure that statutory requirements for NABH accreditation is followed. Evaluate, interview and appoint Dmos, consultant doctors for various departments.

**Salary**: ₹75,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
