**Working Hours**: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday

**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Online Store Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platform.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and well-presented.
- **Order Processing**:

- Manage and process customer orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for efficient order fulfillment.
- **Customer Support**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various channels.
- Address customer concerns and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- **Product Promotion**:

- Implement strategies to increase online visibility and drive sales.
- Work with the marketing team to execute promotions and campaigns.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent overstock or stockouts.
- Conduct regular stock audits and update inventory records.
- **Sales Analysis**:

- Track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
