**Job Description**:
Our client focus is to provide loans to low and middle-income individuals, who want to buy or build their own homes. A majority of the customers are first-time home buyers and finds it challenging to deal with bigger financial institutions for their home loan requirements. Loan amounts for these homes typically vary between ?5 to ?50 lakhs.

Our Head-Office is in Mumbai and we have a presence in 65+ cities, with 70+ Branches, across 11 states. We have clocked 50,000+ home loans for customers with informal documentation and have been able to secure an A+ Rating (ICRA). Our current AUM is 3000+ Cr. with a steady CAGR of 60%

Job Title: CSR Coordinator - Housing Finance - Mumbai

We're looking for someone who wants to start and build a career in Corporate Social Responsibilities. A passion to serve the community, who wants to do some good for the society is kind of a base requirement here. An empathetic person, ready to travel to far flung areas and mingle on-ground with the lesser-privileged section of the society. An allrounder of sorts, with a problem-solving attitude.

Job Responsibility

Liaison and coordination with multiple stake holders for the CSR projects
? Ideation to execution of on ground initiatives
? Setting up new CSR programs and monitoring existing ones
? Conduct periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
? Follow-up with people across functions and your peer group to get things done
? Stay updated on CSR policies, carry out relevant research, look at trends in the areas of focus, and promote best practices
? Work hand in hand with the Marketing team to popularize our programs
? Drive our CSR budget & monitor spending to deliver results in line with planned objectives
? Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting ? Need to manage day to day compliance of CSR activities.
