**Job Summary**:
The Tender Executive will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying, evaluating, and pursuing tender opportunities. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate tender submissions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tender Identification and Evaluation**:
Actively search for relevant tender opportunities through online portals, industry publications, and networking.

Analyze tender documents to understand requirements, timelines, and evaluation criteria.

Assess our company's capabilities and capacity to meet tender specifications.

**Tender Preparation**:
Collect necessary information from different departments, including technical specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Prepare comprehensive tender responses, ensuring adherence to tender guidelines and deadlines.

Coordinate with internal teams to obtain required approvals and documentation.

**Tender Submission**:
Ensure timely submission of tender documents, complying with all necessary formalities.

Follow up with tendering authorities to track the status of our bids.

**Post-Tender Activities**:
Participate in tender clarifications and negotiations as needed.

Support the contract management process if awarded.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in tendering and procurement.

Strong understanding of the HDPE market.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using tendering software and tools.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
