Job Description: Bike Rider or Cab Driver at Bharat Cabs

Position: Bike Rider Company: Bharat Cabs

Location: Ranchi Region

Job Summary: As a Bike Rider at Bharat Cabs, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and reliable transportation services to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to pick up riders from designated locations and safely transport them to their desired destinations. This position requires excellent navigation skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow the assigned schedule and promptly reach the designated pick-up locations to pick up riders.
- Ensure the safety of riders during transportation by strictly adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained bike to ensure safe and comfortable rides for customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, respectful, and helpful throughout the journey.
- Efficiently navigate through various routes to reach the destination in a timely manner.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records for each ride.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or customer feedback promptly to the supervisor or appropriate department.
- Adhere to the company's policies and procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Valid motorcycle license and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a bike rider or in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of local routes, landmarks, and traffic patterns.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with riders.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as per the company's needs.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions.

Work Hours:

- 28 hours per week, with flexible scheduling based on operational requirements.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Regular / Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,723.18 per month
