**Roles and Responsibilities**

We are looking for an **Operations Supervisor** for a **Swiss** Automation company

Location: Bhosari

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule together with the local strategic partner.
- Work out the human and material resources needed together with the local strategic partner.
- Make sure that products are produced on time and are following Swiss quality standards.
- Make sure that the raw material arrives on time, support local partner with day-to-day issues.
- Ensure that the production processes used by the local partner are up to date.
- Provide a support to the local partner to improve company’s policies and goals.
- Manage warehouse activities following HQ guidance
- Manage international inbound and outbound shipments
- Organize international shipments based on HQ guidance
- Follow up AA licenses and other customs related activities
- Manage local logistics (distribution to end customers)
- Support purchasing team to source / purchase goods locally (only production related goods)
- proceed audits and implement corrective actions on time
- Ensure that actions are taken in case of non-conformity.
- Ensure that the building, production tools and workplaces are in tidy, clean and in perfect condition.
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Report monthly/weekly to Director of Operations about the performance of the whole plant supply chain
- Manage BIS certifications.
- Male / Female, 25-32 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Production/ Electronics or related Fields
- Strong IT knowledge: MS office 365 like - Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Must have worked min 4-5 years in reputed organization
- Must have 4+ years of experience in production management & Supervision.
- Must have 4+ years of experience in industrial & international environment.
- Must have basic knowledge of SAP.
- Soft skills: Self-driven, Positive, active, autonomous, takes initiatives, Ability to Question
- assumptions, Team Spirit, Good communicator, Flexible and adaptable to changing
- environment, Conflict management, Active listener.
