**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain project details
- Handle inbound inquiries and maintain timely follow-ups
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain and update client database (CRM)
- Build rapport with clients and ensure a positive customer experience
- Meet daily and monthly call targets

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate telecalling
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
