Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet learning objectives.
- Conduct experiments, demonstrations, and hands-on activities to enhance learning.
- Assess, evaluate, and provide feedback on students’ progress through assignments, tests, and exams.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Use innovative teaching methods, technology, and resources to make lessons interactive.
- Encourage student participation in science projects, exhibitions, and competitions.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration for overall student development.
- Stay updated with new teaching methods, curriculum changes, and educational trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science or Education (B.Sc./M.Sc., B.Ed. preferred).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students.
- Ability to integrate technology into the classroom.
