**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design Concept Development:
○ Generate innovative design concepts based on market trends and customer preferences. ○ Produce detailed sketches and illustrations to visualize ideas.
- CAD Collaboration:
○ Work with CAD designers to translate hand sketches into detailed models.
○ Conduct reviews of prototypes and CAD models to ensure alignment with design specifications.
- Material Selection & Research:
○ Select appropriate materials, considering aesthetics, durability, and ethical considerations.
○ Stay informed about advancements in jewelry materials and integrate them into designs.
- Prototyping & Iteration:
○ Collaborate with the product development team to create and refine prototypes.
○ Iterate on designs based on feedback to ensure alignment with creative vision.
- Trend Analysis & Collaboration:
○ Stay updated on industry trends and use findings to enhance designs.
○ Collaborate with gemologists and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Communication & Presentation:
○ Participate in design reviews and effectively present concepts to internal teams.
○ Ensure designs align with marketing and product development objectives.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, or a related field from reputed institutions like NID, NIFT, or IIGJ.
- Proficiency in hand sketching, illustration, and CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix).
- Proven experience in jewelry design, preferably with lab-grown diamonds.
- Strong understanding of materials, gemstones, and manufacturing processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with practical considerations.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in jewelry design.
- Knowledge of tools such as Corel or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,200.00 - ₹48,948.22 per month
