Key Responsibilities:

- Brand Representation: Serve as the face of the company at events, promotional activities, and in-person interactions to promote products or services.
- Campaign Execution: Implement marketing campaigns by distributing promotional materials, setting up displays, and engaging with the target audience.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers by providing product knowledge, answering questions, and offering demonstrations.
- Lead Generation: Collect customer information and feedback to pass along to the sales or marketing teams.
- Market Research: Gather insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends in the assigned territory.
- Event Support: Organize and participate in trade shows, community events, or promotional events to boost brand visibility.
- Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance, including customer interactions, sales conversions, and overall impact.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on objectives and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with traveling and working flexible hours, including weekends.
- Proficient in using CRM and marketing tools for tracking and reporting.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Skills Required:

- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to adapt to different customer needs and situations.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,121.00 - ₹24,470.49 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
