**Quality Check Executive**

**Position Summary**:We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Quality Check Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct rigorous quality checks on our tea products at various stages of production and distribution. As a Quality Check Executive, you will work closely with the production team to maintain high-quality standards and safeguard our brand's reputation for excellence.

**Responsibilities**:
**Product Quality Inspection**: Perform meticulous inspections of tea products during different production phases, including raw materials, processing, and packaging, to ensure adherence to quality standards.

**Quality Control Procedures**: Implement and follow standardized quality control procedures to identify any deviations or defects in the tea products.

**Sample Testing**: Collect samples regularly and conduct sensory evaluations to assess aroma, taste, color, and overall product quality.

**Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of quality tests, inspection results, and corrective actions taken, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the production team to address quality-related issues promptly and provide guidance on quality improvement techniques.

**Process Improvement**: Continuously assess and enhance quality control processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

**Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure all quality control activities align with health and safety regulations and company policies.

**Supplier Quality Management**: Collaborate with the procurement team to assess the quality of raw materials received from suppliers and provide feedback for improvement.

**Training**: Conduct training sessions for production and packaging teams on quality control measures and best practices.

**Quality Audits**: Assist in internal and external quality audits, providing necessary data and insights as required.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
