**GRC Audit Executive**
**Location**:Noida,** **India**

- To support the department in risk management and audit initiatives of various store located in the region and across the country.
- Assisting GRC team in Head office in risk assessment to identify audit priorities.
- Continuous review and updation of audit work program basis risk assessment, prior audit findings, process change etc in liaison with GRC team in Head office and other region.
- To execute audit on high risk areas and conduct / supervise special audit reviews / project / fraud investigations basis the audit plan / inputs received from the GRC team in HO.
- Periodic discussion with Regional Operations / Accounts team to present audit findings. Follow up on open items for closure and review of implementation of action items.
- Execute specific projects assigned for providing inputs to management for improving the corporate governance mechanisms through
- Continuous Monitoring Systems (CMS),
- Fraud Risk Assessment,
- Business Process Re-engineering,
- Cost Cutting initiatives covering functions and roles for all the Business Processes Functions

**Role**:

- Collection and gathering of information relevant for the purposes of IGRC
- Interpersonal relationship management with all BU Head / Department Head and Regional Heads.
- Managing to convince the Functional Heads to cut costs / Change Systems or any other suggestions based on the evaluation of the Processes which IA function may have at the particular point of time.
- Finding time to learn new skills and updating one own self for newer outlook for the same function being audited over a period of time.
- Updating one's knowledge bank, for legal compliance relevant to the scope of audit.
- Time bound completion of audit projects and submitting the reports
