**About the Role**:
We are looking for a thoughtful and experienced educator to walk alongside our teachers as a mentor and guide. This role is about co-creating—not delivering pre-packaged training. It’s about helping facilitators grow in their confidence, clarity, and creativity, and supporting them in building meaningful, child-centered learning experiences.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead regular training circles and reflective sessions with teaching teams
- Model and share progressive, soulful teaching practices
- Support teachers in designing their own curriculum where needed
- Introduce new tools, frameworks, and global perspectives that can be grounded in our local context
- Offer kind, constructive feedback through classroom observations and one-on-one coaching
- Help nurture a culture of curiosity, reflection, and shared learning

**You may be a good fit if you**:

- Have worked as a teacher, teacher trainer, or school leader
- Are deeply reflective and emotionally intelligent
- Believe in soulful, child-led, curiosity-driven learning
- Communicate with clarity, kindness, and grounded strength
- Are familiar with progressive educational approaches (Montessori, Waldorf, Reggio, IGCSE, etc.)
- Are excited to build alongside a growing school community

**Bonus if you**:

- Speak both Tamil and English
- Have experience integrating nature, arts, or inquiry into learning
- Are comfortable using simple digital tools for collaboration
