**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct a comprehensive SEO audit of our website and identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, link building, and content strategy.
- Develop and execute an SEO strategy to improve our website's ranking and organic traffic through on-page optimization, link building, and content marketing.
- Implement and maintain tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure the success of our SEO efforts and report the same to the management team.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, best practices, and algorithm updates, and incorporate them into our SEO strategy as needed.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content that aligns with our business goals.
- Manage and coordinate with external vendors as needed for website development, maintenance, and SEO activities.
- Manage and maintain our WordPress website using Elementor to ensure its smooth functioning and user-friendliness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred: Marketing, Digital Marketing), Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 or 3+ years of experience in website management and SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic traffic and ranking for websites.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, Elementor and Rank Math.
- Expertise in on-page optimization, link building, technical SEO, and content marketing.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics (GAU & GA4) and others.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and their impact on SEO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external teams.
