**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- Daily engagement of Children as per the Gubbachi Curriculum
- Preparing timely lesson plans and implementing them
- Student assessments and curriculum planning
- Organising day to day operations along with the team
- Accompany children on exposure outings
- Interact with family to address specific issues
- Attend parents-teachers meetings
- Tracking learning levels of every child periodically - compare with goals and co-plan/guide peer teachers on strategies to achieve goals.

- Pleasing personality and love of working with children
- Passionate about ensuring learning for **every** child.
- Values **collaborative** ways of working, both within teams and with external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and communication skills in **Hindi**.
- Good time management skills.

**Qualifications and Traits**
- NTT would be an advantage
- **2 years in teaching** or freshers with a zest for teaching and learning
- While work experience as teacher is an asset; any other work experience will be noted
- Should be of pleasing personality, good conversational skills with clarity of thought
- Must show an open mind and a willingness to learn new methods
- Must be physically fit and agile
- Able to put in full hours
- Willing to attend training outside centre and out station if necessary
- We are gender neutral.

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
