We are seeking a well-presented and customer-focused Receptionist / Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to be the first point of contact at our showroom. This role involves managing front-desk activities, greeting visitors, handling calls, and assisting customers with inquiries, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment that reflects the De Interluxe brand.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and visitors with courtesy and professionalism
- Coordinate appointment scheduling for design consultants and sales teams
- Respond to customer queries regarding products and services
- Support showroom sales and service team with customer handling
- Maintain and update customer records and follow-up lists
- Coordinate hospitality for VIP guests and clients
- Handle customer feedback and escalate concerns to the relevant departments
- Assist in showroom event coordination and administrative tasks
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
**Preferred Skills**:
- Background in luxury retail, hospitality, or interiors industry
- Knowledge of customer relationship practices
- Basic understanding of interior design is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
