**Job Title**: Ticketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- **Ticket Issuance**: Efficiently process and issue various travel tickets, including flight, train, and bus tickets.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- **Booking Management**: Maintain accurate records of bookings and ensure timely delivery of tickets.
- **Fare Verification**: Verify fares and ensure accuracy of ticketing information.
- **GDS Proficiency**: Utilize GDS systems (e.g., Galileo, Amadeus) to book tickets and access travel information.
- **Knowledge Base**: Stay updated on airline rules, regulations, and fare structures.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on ticketing.
- Proficiency in using GDS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of various travel destinations and routes.
