Monitors, assists, and assesses student results by preparing assessments according to IB assessment strategies and tools. Handling parents concerns on daily basis. Time Table management. PTM Management. Incorporates the Essential Elements of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP) into inquiry-based, constructivist learning experiences within the classroom Resolving conflicts between students, teachers & parents. Implementing of innovative techniques to ensure clarity and high retention of concepts. Ensuring the Discipline and Smooth Curriculum transaction in the Primary Wing. **Requirements**: Graduation & IB PYP Related degree / Certificate Min.2 years or more years of leadership and management experience in an IB PYP School Knowledge of IB norms & teaching methods. Excellent Communication Skills. Leadership skills. Tech savvy.
