- **Emergency response**: Provide immediate and advanced care during medical emergencies, such as accidents or cardiac arrest.
- **Collaboration and communication**:Communicate effectively with physicians, other healthcare team members, and patients' families to ensure coordinated care.
- **Equipment and hygiene**: Prepare and maintain medical equipment, and ensure a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment for patients.
- **Supervision**: Supervise and guide other healthcare staff, such as nursing assistants and students, ensuring they provide optimal care.
