**Job Summary**:
The Telesales Representative is responsible for generating sales over the phone by reaching out to potential or existing customers. The role requires excellent communication, persuasive skills, and the ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable products or services.

**Key Responsibilities:Sales Activities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Generate sales by explaining product benefits and addressing customer objections effectively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.

**Customer Interaction**:

- Build rapport with customers to create a positive experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Record customer information, conversations, and sales details in the company database.
- Maintain a record of calls made and follow up with potential leads.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for review by management.

**Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with team members and other departments to maximize sales opportunities.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and telesales techniques.

**Qualifications:Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role is an advantage.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
- Organizational and time-management abilities.

**Other Requirements**:

- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings or weekends, if required.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
