**Responsibilities**:
Develop new handbag designs that are innovative, on-trend, and aligned with Dynamik's brand identity.

Create detailed sketches and tech packs for new designs, including material selection, hardware, and construction details.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and aesthetic across all product categories.

Research market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities for innovation.

Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into our handbag collections.

Understand which bags complement different types of outfits and occasions.

Collaborate with the production and manufacturing teams to create mock-ups and prototypes of new designs.

Work closely with the marketing team to create collections that are marketable and align with current trends.

Ensure that each handbag design is unique, practical, and meets our quality standards.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences.

Keep abreast of social media trends and incorporate them into our handbag designs and collections.

Understand the design of other fashion accessories and garments to create complementary and cohesive collections.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.

Proven experience as a Fashion Designer specializing in handbags.

Strong understanding of fashion trends and the ability to create innovative designs.

Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality products.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Pay: ₹9,677.49 - ₹50,000.00 per month
