Are you a skilled professional with a passion for office administration, sales, and client counseling for study abroad and visa services? **ICG Globe** is actively seeking a talented individual to join our team as a **Study Abroad Counsellor.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Counselling and Guidance**:Guide students on study abroad opportunities, including course selection, universities, and countries based on their academic background and career goals.
**Office Administration**:Handle administrative tasks including organizing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
** Sales Support**: Assist in sales activities by maintaining customer databases, preparing sales reports, and following up on leads.
** Event Coordination**:Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
** Social Media Proficiency**:Utilize social media platforms to promote services, engage with clients, and maintain an active online presence.
** Problem Solving**: Employ excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and address any issues effectively.
**Communication**:Maintain clear and open communication channels with team members and stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
**Qualifications**:
** Experience**: Previous experience in office administration, sales, and visa counseling roles is required.
**Sales Skills**:Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and support sales efforts.
** Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
**Communication Skills**:Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
**Tech Proficiency**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and social media platforms.
