**Responsibilities**:
- **Office Administration**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- **Telecalling**:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Assist in conducting customer surveys and feedback collection.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Act as a point of contact between customers and the company, ensuring effective communication and positive customer experiences.
- Listen to customer feedback and relay relevant information to the appropriate departments.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
