**About the job**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually stunning and effective designs for a variety of digital and print materials, including but not limited to banners, posts, and reels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into compelling design concepts.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design materials, ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
- Keep up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of design work.
- Prepare files for production, ensuring accurate and high-quality output for print or digital use.
- Communicate and present design ideas and concepts effectively to team members.
- Manage project deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

(Experience working for brands related to the fashion industry is a plus.)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Design: 4 years (preferred)
