**Job Title**: UK Short Survey Executive
**Location**: Kolkata, West Bengal

**Job Type**: Full-time (Day Shift)
**Process**: Voice Process - UK Outbound (Survey)
**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000/month + Incentives

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to UK customers based on provided data
- Conduct short scripted surveys - **no selling involved**:

- Record responses accurately and professionally
- Meet daily call volume and quality benchmarks
- Maintain professionalism and data confidentiality at all times

**Requirements**:

- Good English communication skills
- Willingness to work in a **UK shift (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM)**:

- Basic computer knowledge
- Must be based in **Kolkata** or willing to relocate
