Accounts Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain and update financial records and databases.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Handle general accounting tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Respond to inquiries and provide support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting regulations and principles is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
