**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Major Accountabilities and KPIs**
- Development of New model gears & shafts
- To conduct drawing feasibility
- To prepare BOSF drawing
- To execute the development of gears & shafts in-house as well as at vendor end with desired timeline and quality
- Technical assistance to Mass production
- v New machine Procurement
- To execute the procurement of lab equipment for any new upcoming plant
- Installation & Commissioning of respective equipment at required location
- v Machine / Process Offloading
- To execute the offloading activities in line with long term organisational manufacturing strategy and coordinate with respective stake holders for smooth execution of offloading of any part, sub assembly or machine
- To prepare necessary documents like in plant costing and comparison with supplier cost
- To make Sub assembly drawings
