Job Title: Driver & Packing/Customer Coordinator

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Driving & Delivery:
Safely transport food items to customers and business clients.

Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle.

Handle cash and digital payments as required.

Follow traffic and safety rules at all times.

2. Packing & Order Coordination:
Pack food orders hygienically and accurately.

Ensure correct labeling of packages to prevent mix-ups.

Check order lists before dispatch to avoid errors.

Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery team for smooth operations.

Maintain stock of packaging materials and inform management of shortages.

3. Customer Interaction & Coordination:
Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries.

Handle basic customer queries regarding orders and payments.

Address customer complaints or escalate them to the management.

Assist in managing order schedules and dispatch planning.

**Requirements**:
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Experience in food delivery or logistics is preferred.

Basic communication skills in English and local language.

Ability to handle food packaging efficiently and maintain hygiene.

Punctual, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude.

Physically fit to lift and carry food packages when needed.
