**Job Resposibility:

- Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule to ensure the smooth functioning of equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to execute scheduled maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Proactively identify and assess emerging problems related to equipment or facilities.
- Formulate effective solutions to address issues promptly and prevent potential disruptions
- Maintain and update shift schedules for the maintenance team, ensuring adequate coverage.
- Manage leave requests and approvals, as well as advance requests, to maintain a balanced and efficient workflow.
- Generate store requisitions in accordance with the approved budget.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely procurement of necessary materials and supplies.
- Maintain and troubleshoot workshop machines, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency.
- Implement preventive maintenance measures to extend the lifespan of workshop equipment
- Utilize your experience to perform required repairs on machinery, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Should have the ability to fabricate machine parts, contributing to the efficient operation of equipment
- Possess in-depth knowledge of bearings, lubrication techniques, and general maintenance practices.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance maintenance processes.
