Key Responsibilities:
1. Performing various welding tasks, such as MIG, TIG, or stick welding, to assemble, repair, or fabricate metal components, often following blueprints and specifications.
2. Overseeing a team of welders, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards are met.
3. Enforcing safety regulations, conducting safety briefings, and ensuring proper use and maintenance of welding equipment.
4. Inspecting welds, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
5. Training new operators in welding techniques, safety protocols, and relevant quality control processes.
6. Fabrication department under contractors worker welding works monitoring.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
