Job Title: Fuel Pump Supervisor

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the fuel pump facilities.
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of fuel transactions and inventory management.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of fuel pump equipment and facilities.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Train, mentor, and manage a team of employees, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of fuel and related products.
- Prepare and maintain reports on fuel usage, inventory levels, and operational performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in SAP (MM module) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in e-billing and fuel pump management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and inventory.

Experience Level:
At least 3 years of experience in fuel pump management.
