**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and design creative concepts, layouts, and visuals for campaigns, branding, advertisements, and marketing collateral.

Conceptualize and produce visually stunning motion graphics and animations for videos, advertisements, social media content, and digital campaigns.

Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and marketers to develop ideas and translate them into compelling visual narratives.

Combine motion design and static design elements to create cohesive, brand-aligned visuals across multiple platforms.

Design storyboards, style frames, and prototypes to present motion concepts and design ideas.

Animate titles, graphics, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Prepare and present design drafts for feedback and implement revisions as needed.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.

Optimize motion assets for various platforms and devices, ensuring seamless performance and user experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Creative Motion Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio and demo reel showcasing your expertise in motion graphics and creative design.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools. Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D software is a plus.

Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.

Ability to blend creativity with brand strategy to produce impactful designs.

Basic knowledge of audio editing and syncing sound effects or music with animations.

Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.

**Preferred Qualities**:
A passion for storytelling through motion and design.

Creative thinker with a knack for pushing creative boundaries and experimenting with new techniques.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Enthusiasm for working on projects that span multiple mediums, from video to interactive design.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
