**Salary**: 15000 + Incentives

**Education**: [Graduate in Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred]

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items based on their preferences and budget.
- Provide detailed product knowledge, including **gemstones, metals, and designs**.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting jewelry collections.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Handle inquiries, process orders, and manage invoicing and billing.
- Ensure proper display and arrangement of jewelry items in the showroom.
- Stay updated on the latest **jewelry trends, collections, and industry developments**.
- Assist in organizing **promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows**.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive in-store and online sales.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **0-2 years** of experience in sales, preferably in the **jewelry, luxury, or retail industry**.
- Strong **sales, negotiation, and customer service skills**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of **diamonds, gold, silver, and gemstones** (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word) & POS software**.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers.
- A professional and presentable appearance.
- Fluency in **Hindi** **and English**

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **B2B or wholesale jewelry sales**.
- Knowledge of **jewelry certification and hallmarking**.
- Social media marketing skills for **online jewelry promotion**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
