**PwC Management Consulting - Financial Planning & Analysis: Job Description**
PwC India is hiring for its FP&A Practice within Management Consulting for Gurgaon, Bangalore and Mumbai locations. Seeking professionals with rich experience (6-10 years) in FP&A process design and tool implementation.
Prior experience in Big 4, consulting firms, top IT/BPM services company, large corporates will be an added advantagle
**Levels**:
- Manager
- Senior Consultant
**Qualification**: MBA and/or CA
**Job description**
PwC's FP&A practice spans the finance value chain from finance vision and strategy through FP&A operations. Services we are looking for include:
- **Process Design**:Proficient in FP&A process design encompassing elements of People, Process and Technology
- **Technology/Digital**: Hands on implementation experience of matured and emerging FP&A technologies like Anaplan, Board and Oracle on multiple projects
- **Insight generation**: Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics and monitor the KPIs to advise the clients on how to improve performance, minimize risks and capture new opportunities by analyzing the forecasts and variances
- **Finance Function Transformation**: Efficient in operating model design (Shared Services Advisory, Outsourcing Advisory, SSC Build Operate Transfer) and change management activities
- **Project Management**: Client project delivery and management (as a project manager or a team member): project planning, solution design, execution, reporting, stakeholder management, issue/risk management, project financial management etc.
- **Internal business support**:Lead/Support in business development activities, creation of new solutions or methodologies to drive FP&A process, creation of thought leading content and white papers, coach and mentor other team members
**Good to have skills / qualities**
- Proficient in Data Storytelling
- Client facing experience and ability to engage senior stakeholders. Ability to build and sustain relationships.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Equally adept in being a team player and individual contributor
- Excellent communication - verbal, written, communication with impact & empathy
- Curiosity & ability to continuously learn, develop self & others through coaching
- Open minded attitude with ability to receive and give feedback
- Willingness to undertake a fair amount of business travel
- Good exposure to Indian market for both business development and engagement delivery
