**JD of Graphic & Motion Designer Intern/Fresher**

As a Graphic & Motion Designer Intern/Fresher, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in graphic design and motion graphics. You will be responsible for assisting the design team in creating visually appealing and engaging content for various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Assist in creating graphic designs, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media.
- Create motion graphics and animations for videos, presentations, and other multimedia projects.
- Assist in the development and implementation of visual design concepts.
- Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas and concepts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and motion graphics.
- Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design projects.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining design assets and files.
- Support the design team in any other ad hoc design-related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- A strong passion for graphic design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Basic understanding of motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- A portfolio showcasing your design and motion graphics work (can include academic projects or personal projects).
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes accordingly.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Knowledge of print and digital design principles.
- Familiarity with video editing and post-production processes is a plus.

This is an internship/fresher position, so prior professional experience is not required. However, any relevant coursework, certifications, or personal projects demonstrating your skills and commitment to the field would be advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Fresher, Walk-In
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
