We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Diagnostic Customer Care Representative to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will provide diagnostic support to the sales team, ensuring seamless coordination between the diagnostic and sales teams to deliver timely, accurate reports and diagnostic kits to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between the sales team and diagnostic team to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of diagnostic services and reports.
- Support the sales team by providing accurate information about diagnostic tests, kits, and report timelines.
- Monitor and track diagnostic kit inventory, ensuring that required kits are available and delivered on time to clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate diagnostic reports are provided to clients, maintaining close communication with the diagnostic team.
- Assist in managing customer queries related to diagnostics, including test results, kit availability, and service timelines.
- Help schedule diagnostic tests for clients, ensuring that appointments are managed efficiently.
- Resolve any issues or delays related to diagnostics, collaborating with internal teams to find solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, diagnostic services provided, and inventory usage.
- Continuously follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with diagnostic services and resolve any concerns.
- Ensure that all processes and documentation comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service or diagnostic support roles (preferably in healthcare or diagnostics).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between teams.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of diagnostic procedures, medical terminology, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using customer service tools, CRM systems, and basic office software.
- Ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Educational Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer support or healthcare/diagnostic services is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹43,700.54 per month
