Qc Microbiologist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct microbiological experiments and assays under the guidance of senior staff.
- Prepare and maintain microbial cultures, ensuring aseptic techniques.
- Perform routine laboratory tasks including media preparation, sterilization, and disposal of biohazard materials.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Assist in the development and validation of new microbiological methods and protocols.
- Participate in team meetings, presenting findings and contributing to discussions on research progress.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and laboratory best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in microbiology and related fields.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic microbiological techniques and principles.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional development.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior internship or project experience in a microbiology laboratory.
- Knowledge of molecular biology techniques such as PCR, gel electrophoresis, etc.
- Understanding of data analysis software and tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
