**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1.Motivating production team and resolve conflicts to guide and train the employees.

2.Handling responsibilities of all criterions of in-house tool manufacturing, maintenance, and development.

3.Co-ordinating with all resources/developments/departments to ensure on time deliveries and adhere to statutory requirements.

4.Adhering to health, safety, and environmental requirements.

5.Supporting production and R&D teams to execute timely reports.

6.Maintaining timelines and ensuring OTE (Overall tool effectiveness).

7.Recommending for need based new equipment for procurement.

8.Ensuring discipline at Shop Floor Work Area

9.Ensuring production and cost effectiveness across the production line

10.Ensuring daily targets of finished components are met.

11.Manufacturing new tools from technical drawings to a high level of workmanship and in an efficient, cost-effective manner.

12.Monitoring and analysing of quality performance of tool room operators

13.Creating awareness among the team with any changes/modifications/alterations done in the process, procedure, SOP’s etc that may impact the production.

14.Ensuring periodical maintenance of all the machines done on timely basis and to avoid down time of the installed machines.

15.Undertaking continuous basic training and development of team

16.Doing planning and production for injection moulding machines

17.Participating in internal/external audits as applicable with ‘NIL’ findings

18.Ensuring quality productivity

19.Ensuring 5’s and Kaizen at the workplace

20.Ensuring use of safety protective equipment’s for the assigned task

21. Carrying out the tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
