Food Preparation:

- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place required for various

dishes.
- Follow established recipes and portion control guidelines.

Cooking and Presentation:

- Under supervision, cook dishes and assist in ensuring they meet the restaurant's

standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Plate dishes according to established procedures.

Kitchen Organization:

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage and labelling

of ingredients.
- Assist in daily and weekly kitchen cleaning tasks.

Learning and Development:

- Learn and absorb culinary techniques, methods, and recipes from senior kitchen

staff.
- Attend training sessions and take initiative to improve culinary skills.

Quality Control:

- Quality checks to ensure dishes meet the restaurant's standards.
- Report any concerns or issues to supervising chefs.

Assistance to the Kitchen Team:

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to support a smooth workflow during service.
- Be responsive to directives from senior chefs and assist in various kitchen tasks as

needed.

**Salary**: ₹10,334.67 - ₹25,132.96 per month
