Location: Bangalore.

Experience: 3 - 5+ years

1. Good knowledge Finacle treasury system

2. Should have a interface Knowledge

3. Should have banking environment

4. Should have L2 support experience

5. Should have problem analysis & solving skill set.

6. Ready to support on shifts (24*7).

7. Finacle core banking knowledge is must.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide L2 level support for Finacle treasury.
- Analyze the issue both technically & functionally
- Provide solution/Issue fix to the issue, technical knowhow of the platform
- Handled end to end ownership of the required solution from requirement gathering to deployment of the solution, Issue fix and day to day support
- Able Perform EOD/BOD in treasury.
- Clearly articulates and documents business requirements
- Manages ongoing relationship with business partner to drive satisfaction with IT
- Coordinates changes/projects delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions
- Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
