The Cash & Trade Proc Sr Supv is an intermediate level role responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to use technical expertise and comprehension of how the team integrates with others in improving efficiencies, completing deliverables efficiently, and accomplishing overall objectives of cash management strategies. **Responsibilities**: - Recommend improvements to the daily workflow for a medium sized Cash and Trade Operations unit - Recommend new work processes / technological improvements for cash management team in conjunction with identifying and resolving individual problems - Carry-out non-routine cash and trade operations - Evaluate performance and make recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, hiring, etc. - Provide evaluative solutions for cash management issues based on analysis of information, precedent, and acquired technical experience **Qualifications**: - 2-5 years of experience in a related role in cash and trade operations and management - Proven experience in creating and implementing processes that result in improved business performance - Effective verbal and written communication and analytical skills - Effective management, influencing and relationship skills **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required. - Global Billing Team is responsible for scrutinizing the queries received from client. - Team also provides client with the requested details. - Correct interpretation and timely response is essential. - Accuracy of sending data and responding to queries is important. - Should be open for AdHoc projects / responsibilities. - Communication and co-ordination with global stakeholders - Assist manager in audit and other requirements - Participating in various testing whenever required - Preparing MIS as required - Onboarding of clients on GBS Data Maintenance (DDA, E-mail, PU etc.) on GBS - Account Closure on GBS - General Query Management and Investigation - Performing UAT and analyzing results - Processing Resolve Portal Transactions - Planning and Organizing - Analytical and detail-oriented - Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as time and project management skills required. - Proven track record in Operations environment - Representing team on stakeholders and governance calls - To ensure audit requirements are met - To ensure SLAs are met at all times under all circumstances - Achieving/ Driving Results - including identifying and implementing process improvements - Teamwork/Interpersonal with local, national and international team members - Expertise in MS-Office products (MS-Word, MS-Excel, PowerPoint) required. - Risk and Control activities to be supported - MCA Framework to be developed and implemented **Timings**: Asia Shift (*Subject to workload) **Location**: Mumbai - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services - **Job Family**: Cash Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
