**Job Overview**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in tele collection and understanding of collection processes (Mandatory skill).
- Experience as a Collection Executive with familiarity in collection strategies and challenges (Mandatory skill).
- Knowledge of Tally ERP to manage and record financial transactions efficiently (Mandatory skill).
- Strong communication skills in Hindi to effectively communicate with clients and resolve issues.
- Experience as a telecaller, with a focus on handling customer calls and queries professionally.
- Basic accounting knowledge to understand financial statements and perform reconciliations.
- Good problem-solving skills to identify and address collection-related challenges promptly.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing financial transactions and records.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the collection of outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment by clients.
- Maintain and update records of all collections and outstanding balances in Tally ERP.
- Communicate regularly with customers to remind them of upcoming payments and address any queries.
- Work closely with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Negotiate payment arrangements to accommodate customer needs while ensuring timely collections.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection status and outstanding amounts to management.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management for resolution.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
