**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media optimization (SMO) strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Create and curate compelling content tailored for each social media channel, considering the target audience and platform dynamics.
- Manage social media accounts, including posting schedules, responding to comments, and fostering community engagement.
- Incorporate creative visual elements using editing tools like Canva, InShot, SocialPilot, and others to enhance content across social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to measure and analyze performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies to maximize organic reach.
- Implement paid social media campaigns to support specific objectives and drive targeted audience engagement.
- Monitor competitor activities on social media and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and nurture relationships with influencers and partners for collaborative campaigns.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Familiar to use the editing tools like Canva, Inshot, SocialPilot and other tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
